Peace

A Work of Art as an Ambassador of Peace

Peace. Even though the word exists in countless languages around the world, its meaning often seems to have been lost. You don’t have to be a pessimist to realize that the circle of peace in the world will never be complete. However, it is up to us to narrow the gap.

Countless centuries-old sayings, texts, and words of wisdom on this subject have lost none of their timeliness, relevance, or urgency to this day. Peace is as much a part of humanity as war. It is part of our brief history on this planet… and always will be. Gabriele Brunner’s latest sculpture at the ARTWALK in Lech am Arlberg embodies the vital desire to strive for peace, beginning with oneself.

Overcoming Barriers for a Shared World

Between Harmony and Hope

Peace—is not just a political issue…
is not just religious…
isn’t just a social issue…
…it begins in my heart!

I make peace with myself. I come full circle.
Peace. And once I’ve achieved that, I’ll pass it on—to you! It’s never too late. Let’s embark on an exciting inner journey. A search for our own peace! And the rift will narrow.
